Extra sorterad sändning

When submitting DR, AR or Periodicals (PT) with a volume of 100,001 or more, the shipment must meet the requirements for an "Extra Sorted Shipment". PostNord requires that all postal codes exist in theif official postal code file for these requirements to be fulfilled. When an address file is postage optimized, PostSort will handle this automatically. However, for standard sorting, you may need to change the setting to reject unknown postal codes.

For submission of extra sorterd shipments to PostNord, specific instructions apply regarding booking and reporting. Please refer to PostNord's website for detailed requirements prior to submission.

Book the consignment via PostNord's website no later than 17:00 two business days before submission.

If a consignment is postage-optimized and results in an extra sorted shipment, reports will be available in the edition's TMP folder after export.
