How to get started with Posti Sorting Service as a PostSort user.

1.The first step is to contact Posti regarding the setup of a Sorting Service account. This should be done via email.
Use the following contacts: heikki.korhonen@posti.com or jonny.mattila@posti.com.

2.Add the information to PostSort (see the image and text below).

Add the login credentials to PostSort

Once Posti has provided you with the login credentials, these need to be added to PostSort.

Go to File > Settings > Sorting > Post FI

Username: Enter under username
Password: Click on Password and enter the password

Connection: To protect their environment from unauthorized requests, Posti needs to know who is connecting to their system. Therefore, they must be informed of the IP addresses from which the requests originate. Ideally, you should register your company’s public IP address with Posti. If you do not have a fixed public IP address, this can instead be handled by connecting via 21grams. This may result in slightly longer file processing times, but the solution works well.
