Shows settings at startup

Question.

When I start the program I get to the settings.

Answer.

Option 1

The program cannot find a valid license.

Check that the correct information about the license is entered under the settings.

Option 2

A new version has just been installed and the program wants to alert you that any settings need to be changed/checked.
