Send edition to helpdesk

 

If problems occur with a sorting, the edition can be submitted to the Helpdesk for analysis.

 

 

Open the job window for the edition in question.

 

Click Send edition to PostSort Helpdesk.

 

 

 

Click yes if the edition is to be sent to PostSort Helpdesk.
