Selection gives the opportunity to combine one or more conditions.

Swedish address with zip code between 11100 and 11599 and Andersson as surname.

Swedish address with postcode between 11100 and 11599 or Andersson as surname.

Conditions for address cannot both be between zip codes 11100 to 11599 and 13000 to 1349

Write postcode 11100 to 11599 or 13000 to 13499 instead

Remember that and binds more tightly than or does.

When selecting where the postcode is included, the field that PostSort adds must be used instead of the customer's own postcode field.

PostSort adds PNR_ and is an edited field where the first positions contain the country prefix (SE, FI, NO, DK or IS), followed by the digits of the postal code without spaces.

There is no need to take into account whether the customer's postcode is written as 12345, 123 45 or 123 45.

If the PNR_ field has not been updated with information, PostSort will ask when entering the selection management.

Surname is Andersson or Bengtsson and postal code starts with SE111.

The condition sets the requirement that surnames that are Andersson have a postal code that starts with SE111.

Bengtsson can have any postal code.

Write like this if both Andersson and Bengtsson are to have a postal code that starts with SE111.

By moving the rows with last names one step to the right, you put them inside ().

Result: (Surname Andersson or Surname Bengtsson) and Pnr_ starts with SE111.

1.Press Arrow Up or Arrow Down to select a row.

2.CTRL-Right Arrow to move a line one step to the right.
