Multi copy & selections

 

 

 

Specifies the record field in which the number of multiples is found.

 

Specifies the number from which PostSort should expand the address.

 

Recipients whose multiplex count is equal to or greater than the specified level will be moved to the multiplex label routine.

 

Specifies whether multiple copies of the same address should be created in the multiplex routine.

 

Please note that PostSort will redo the number on the label.

 

Example: the recipient is to have 27 copies, and the Max is 10, this will result in the creation of 3 labels, with the number set to 9 on each label.

 

Specify whether the addresses to be used for label printing are to be included in the total number of copies sent to Posten SE and Citymail SE.

 

Select this option only if the shipment is for postal newspapers within Sweden.

For other distributors, this function is disabled.

 

Specify the samples to be included in the sorting.

 

If a selection would be disabled/grey, it means that this selection has not been run.

 

Specify whether the addresses should be sorted by one or more fields, and whether it should be ascending/descending.

 

If the addresses are to be produced in the same order as in the file from the customer, leave the order field blank.
