Export description is a file that controls that all export files always have the same number of fields, field lengths, field names, etc.

One file cannot be created per distributor as the export description controls how the file is created.

If an export description is to apply only:

•A Title is saved in the title folder.

•All titles for the same customer are saved in the customer folder.

All titles are saved in the program folder.
