If a Swedish file is sorted, it is not expected that the address contains Sweden or SE.

For example, if there is a Danish address in the file, it can be marked with Denmark or DK- in front of the postcode.

Choose which distributors' rules to follow in sorting.

In the case of direct deposit in another country, the sorting must follow the postal rules of that country.

Check the postcode.

Can only be changed when a postcode check has been carried out.

HN code on all.

Specifies whether the bundle code should be written on all addresses in the production file, or only on the last one in the bundle.

Extended HN codes.

Make [Other] invalid.

The products that fall into the group "other" will be treated as "invalid" addresses and will be printed on labels.

Make [North] invalid.

The products that end up in the Nordic group will be treated as "invalid" addresses and will be printed on labels

Choose which distributor will handle the addresses outside the Nordic countries.

PostSort Preparation can generate a number of additional addresses" (print samples).

Print proofs show the maximum length of a field, which helps in positioning the layout on the product.

Choose here how many print samples to create and these will always go first in the job file.

If the field name does not cover the entire length of the field, the field is filled in with X.

If the field name is longer than the total length of the field, the entire field name is not displayed.

Blanks at the end of a field are not filled with X.
