Modify sorting tables

The sort tables control how PostSort Preparation creates bundles and load carriers.

Levels


	Country.


	Distributor.


	Region.

Change sort type and order.


	Specify the sort type to be modified.


	Specify whether the order is ascending or descending.

Change sort order

Use the drag-and-drop method to change the order of a letter range or region.

It is possible to move mail areas and regions, as long as you stay within the same country and the same distributor.

In this example, Malmö 20-29 has been moved ahead of Årsta terminal 10-15.

It is also possible to change the order of the countries in the same way.

Change bundles, load carriers and fill level.


	Specify if bundles and load carriers are to be created.


	Refers to the fill level of a load carrier.
	At Country, Distributor and Region level, changes can be made for the whole "group", i.e. also for the underlying levels.

Finland.

Finland Post has divided the packing of load carriers into three different levels of load carriers.

In the Posten FI tab, you can specify the level that should apply to the current job.

In the sorting table, the same region may appear several times, but with the level indicated in brackets.


	L1 - Divides Finland into 19 different destinations.


	L2 - Divides Finland into 10 different destinations.


	L3 - Divides Finland into 2 different destinations.
