Question.

How do I write invalid addresses to a file?

 

Answer.

Use label routine and print the information to a file on the hard drive instead of to labels.

To get ÅÄÖ right, you have to manually edit a settings file for PostSort.

 

1.Make sure PostSort is closed.

2.Enter the file PssSetup.ini.

3.Locate the line [Paper label printer]

4.Go down the list until you find "Use ansi=0"

5.Change 0 to a 1.

6.Save and close.

7.Start PostSort, and enter the invalid label routine.

 

 

Enter the path where you want the file to be saved, e.g. C:\addresses.txt.

Save and close the settings.

Make a layout.

3.

Click on start printing and the invalid addresses will be written to the file you specified in the settings.

 

 The file is replaced for each print.
