Job database

 

The job database shows created job files and their status.

Depending on the permissions in the system, one or more functions may be hidden.

 

 

Updating the job database.

 

Read the selected job.

 

Change the status of selected jobs.

 

Removes selected jobs. This requires that the jobs have a status of Done .

 

Create new copies of selected jobs.

 

Insert selected jobs into an email. For example, if job files are to be sent to another PostSort user

 

Import a job from e.g. a USB stick or hard disk space.

 

Export a job to, for example, a USB flash drive or hard disk space.

 

Archive job files that should not be deleted.

 

View archived job files.

 

 


 

 

 All units can load this job.

 The job is in production and only the owning unit can read the job again.

 The job has been produced and can no longer be loaded.

 

Change status on job file.

 

 

The status list tells you the file name of the selected job, as well as the total number of jobs in the database.
