Dynamic Fields

Here you can choose the method for sorting address lines. Dynamic fields is the recommended option.

Since PostSort displays all imported fields, it is important that only address information is moved to Address lines during sorting.

Move address fields to Address Rows when sorting by double-clicking them, or alternatively by selecting them and dragging them to the correct field.

Most postal operators do not only sort by zip code, but also use the street address and recipient's name in the search.

Place the fields like the layout of an envelope. The postcode checker starts searching from the bottom up in Address rows when sorting.

In the example above, the search starts in the field Country, then City, Zipcode, Steet2, Street, Co, Lastname, Firstname and Company.

In cases where the address file contains street information in multiple fields (e.g., Street, Street Number, Apartment Number), these should be placed next to each other on the same line.

Specify whether street sorting is to be done.

Fixed Felds

Use the function if the address information is fixed in one single field.
