Specify the weight of the product. Always round up to the nearest integer.

Select the agreement to be used in the optimization.
If no agreement is specified here, the optimization will be based upon public agreements.
If postage is to be purchased via 21 Grams, the 21 Grams checkbox must be enabled.

To apply specific customer agreements, the Customer box must also be enabled, and the short name linked to the agreement must then be entered in box 3.

Enter short name. I must be linked to the agreement under which the job is to be sorted.

Please not that the specified short name will form part of the invoice reference and will also appear in reports generated at a later stage.

As sorting partner, available short names are listed when you click the button with three dots. If one wishes to use a short name that is not on the list - please contact support@21grams.com

Indicate in the list which service applies to the job.

Only active if distributor Morningpost is selected on the General tab. Keep blank.

Enter the invoice recipient if it differs from the short name.

Select product format from the list.

Create and add your own product formats.

Specify the dimensions of the product in mm. If the dimensions do not corrsond to any standard product format, box 7 is updated to -anpassat-

Specify the distributor on which the price optimisation is to be based.

Chosen distributors in this box will be reflected in the saction "Before optimization" on the optimization report

Date

The date on which the consignment is presented to or picked up by the distributor or courier.

The earliest date on which the consignment is distributed by the distributor.

Specify the submission date for all postal operators.

The first distribution date is based on the conditions of each distributor and may differ in time.

Possibility to specify the submission and distribution date for a specific distributor.
