PostSort Preparation helps to identify File Type, Character Set and Field Separator on import.

Specify the line on which the first address starts and the total number of lines an address contains.

 Be sure to check that all addresses contain the same number of lines!

Alt.2

1.Place the cursor at the first character in the first address field.

2.Press the Shift key and use the Down arrow key to move the cursor to the first character of the next address.

 Be sure to check that all addresses contain the same number of lines!

Check that all characters are displayed correctly.

Incorrect characters can be modified in the character table.
